Call to ask for 8kg cat food, the staff who picked up the call laughed with a close friend .. Where is the ethics of an employee when talking to customers ?? Very rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak boleh return barang even baru 2 minit keluar dari kedai. Baru perasan barang yang dibeli salah. Nak return tak boleh even dah bawak resit. X keluar plastik pun tak nak terima. Boleh upgrade lagi la customer servis. Cashier banyak borak, suara kuat even ada customers depan counter. Sungguh tak mesra. Tak seronok. Carik kedai lain pun boleh dpt benda yang sama. Hampa.
Cannot return new even items 2 minutes out of the store. Just noticed the item purchased is wrong. If you want to return, you can't even bring a receipt. X doesn't even want to accept plastic. Can upgrade customer service again. Cashier a lot of huddle, loud voice even there are customers in front of the counter. Really not friendly. Not fun. Carik other stores can also get the same thing. Empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a frequent customer to this shop. Hopefully the owner or tauke reading this and take action. As you can read from other comment. You have problem with the cashier. Very unattentive and quit rude. Muka masam. Like when i ask when the stock is coming. Its ok if you dont know. But please say it nicely. Not muttering under your breathe as if my question annoy you. This is pet shop. I hope your staff also have a lot of interest and passion in pets. Cats usually only eat 1 brand at a time. I sure a lot of pet owners know this, we dont buy different brand because if consume it may upset our pets stomach. So please be nice and kind when we were asking.
On the positive notes, what i like about hyper pets theres alot of food brand varieties. And the price is reasonable.
I like to give 5 star but minus 2 because of the cashier attitute.
