5 stars for friendly service advisors and technicians. However, claiming for some rust issue disappointed me previously. The explanation given by the manager doesn't convincing enough.

Service is good, brought my car Sonata 2.4 from Singapore, did a good job. Ms.Fara is very helpful and also Din. They don't have wheel alignment, balancing, so they referred to another shop near by which did a good job also. Their main mechanic is very helpful and understanding of your issues. Must go!

Honest and friendly service advisor. Gives detailed explanation of jobs and their costs before proceeding with the actual work. Thorough and quality service. Waiting facility with refreshments is a pleasant offering. Complimentary external car wash voucher was provided. Very good. Request Multiple Maxim to provide see through windows for customers to observe the progress of work on their cars.

Have been visiting this Hyundai service center for the last 7 years. Stock of parts usually has to come from KL. But all well managed. No issue with regular maintenance. Nothing to complaint, car has been good throughout.

I would definitely come again Hyundai Kebun Teh for the next service or inspection. Previously my car produced an intermittently weird knocking/cluncking noise issue and this matter was brought to other SC. After 2 visits at the other SCs, it was still not resolved. I decided to try my luck at Hyundai Kebun Teh. After booking my slot 1 day before, the foreman asked me to join him for the test drive of my car so that I can pinpoint to him when the sound would appear. Later he started the work. About 30-45mins, he came back and asked me to have another go of the test drive. This time, WOW, the noise totally disappeared and it has been few days since my visit. So far so good. Nonetheless I will keep on monitoring the situation. Thanks a lot for the good service. It's good when the car owner can have a test drive together with the foreman. This means the issue could be explained in a better way, so in the end any miscommunication and time-wasting could be avoided Great job p/s: they have Nestle Ice-Cream for free too :)

The Service adviser is very patient , after listening my vehicle problem, basically all write in list,. after service , he will report to you the detail action by technical guy. did. Overall is good ,but only the parking space is insufficient. .

My new Kona EV was delivered to them on 21st March. They claimed waiting for document to be delivered from KL before can send for inspection. On 30th March sent for inspection according to them. Then they said inspection report was wrong need to redo. Now requeue at 10th April because they mentioned Puspakom is fully booked.
