1. Trial and error repairs.
2. No option for recond parts.
3. Doesn't appreciate customer's time.
Summary: Got billed RM1,250 for things I don't need. Made the wise choice to tow it to a proper shop.
Saw the shop's reply below. Do not agree. FYI, I PAID for the original parts. They changed the alternator but then realized it was an overheating problem and said the car was ready (?). Anyways, not going here ever. In fairness it was 2 weeks before Raya, so yes, the shop was chock full. Next time just REFUSE if you don't have the time! Honesty is the best policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is ur gasket that u changed last 2 month and u also change top cover even though its not broken. U just seal this gasket with gum and its make my engine oil liking again. So sad that I pay for a lots of money for nothing. U may said that u sell those service and we accept it. This is because customer have lack of knowledge and u try to make profit for that. Long way to be a specialist. Good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellence service. Never frustrated me. My car had serious suspension problem and they managed to resolve it. Don't bother about how much they charge it as long as it is reasonable and most importantly the quality of work is superb. I recommend those who have serious car problem to send here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially look promising, bought my wife's car n mine on the same day. My quoted prices were adjusted by another person when I picked up my car. Claimed my was a 2.0.! Left car overnight, promised to complete by tomorrow but the original person who attended to me earlier went on leave. Didn't respond to my calls. Whasapp were sketchy n answered late, finally asked to leave car for a weekend, collect on Monday! Bad customer service n experience. I have to call the workshop directly, calls went unanswered, finally got thru n got my car after 7pm! Not a good experience indeed. Again, I emphasize, looked promising but customer service, communications failed badly. BTW, I did mainly undercarriage works, engine mounting, but somehow someone changed n meddled with all my radio stations presets. Will look elsewhere.
