★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I send my car for service at this branch. Before the day of service, Cik Rafidah even send me the quotation of the estimated cost. Today she even explain each item to be done. During the service there are a few items to be replaced and she communicate with me immediately. There is a major part to be replaced and she manage to trace my records from another branch and what work was done there, as she took an effort to do so. Cik Rafidah is knowledgeable on her job and give good service to her customers as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seharusnya 0 star. See the photos for review. Changed Sunroof rubber but let see the outcome. Technician used SUPER GLUE to seal the sunroof rubber. So weird. Just imagine sunroof parts & rubber are sticked by SUPER GLUE. So Terrible! Betul buat orang marah berjam-jam menunggu tanpa hasil positif!

Made appointment online and received phone call confirmation a day before.
Easily find the place with Waze. Hyundai Klang is relatively empty compare to Ara Damansara.
Customer lounge / waiting area is at upper level, it is spacious and felt welcomed with attentive staff onsite.
Whilst they occupy smaller space (compare to HQ), Hyundai Klang is efficient and very effective with their communication.
They also explained that I can service Ioniq here except air-conditioner.
Overall satisfactory experience and will revisit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time customer. I was attended by Senior Service Advisor Rafidah and my car was serviced by Technician Vikky. Both were personable and attentive. Rafidah particularly was patient in answering my many queries.
Waited at Customer Lounge. Drinks and tidbits were also provided.
Overall, a very good and comfortable experience ?
