★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience. Before entering, was told that price includes two colours but while doing, was told that it will be additional 10RM. Also couldn’t do a design I asked for. Cut skin and bled while removing cuticles and not even apologetic - was told that it’s because “skin was thin”. Do at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Nice ambience and music . Nail therapists doesnt speak much which is good. Goof service and nice work as well. They have over 6brances in KSL which includes Hair Salon too. :) Been here once before Covid and services still the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive & detailed nail techs! Price was very affordable & quality seemed good. Fantastic service!! They do not hard sell as well & are caring of customer’s needs. Was just checking with them how long the nails would take & they called another nail tech in to assist as my partner was waiting for me.
