★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 19th Oct 2021: the business owner did ask about 3% for credit card payment when enquired. So please don't blatantly lie and say ALLEGATIONS on your respond to my comment. This is very unprofessional. Take my advice and accept it as an improvement to your business. Harassment YES! You were checking on the wrong bank account for payment. You should have checked your CIMB account and not your MAYBANK account. Again take this as as constructive criticism and try to improve. Stop stating wrong facts to support your mistakes. Next time don't advertise outside your shop that you will accept credit card but when asked you said pay extra 3%. IBG transfer takes 24hours. The money was in your account the next day. But you checked the wrong bank and called to ask the following day.
Posted: 15th Oct 2921: This place charges 3% if you're using credit card. And if you're paying via online banking they'll harass you for the payment, while they look at the wrong bank account for confirmation that the payment is through. Very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're looking for 2nd hand devices on the cheap. Their service on repairs are good, just don't buy anything brand new from them.
