β β β β β I ordered from lazada and stated delivery date from 28 sep till 2 oct 2018, however just now someone from I Home Watsapp me and said will deliver the sofa tomorrow at 7am to my condo in subang, i told him that management will never allowed at 7am, the timing from 9am till 5pm, i asked from 3:30 pm till 5 pm since me and my husband working, he said cant coz they must deliver to subang (my house) first then only to other places and last negeri sembilan. I said then before negeri sembilan come to subang first, he said cant so will only deliver to my house in subang after 2 weeks.
First I Home didnt follow delivery date stated by lazada and second thing i also paid delivery charges so why cant adjust for the customer.
Thanks and i will continue make a complaint if i cant get my sofa by 28 sep till 2 oct 2018.
