在电话里我已经很明确说如果没有这类型的数据线 , 我就不要过来

2.SSD converter USB Cable
店员就说 : cable肯定有的,你先把硬碟带过我帮你看看是哪一款
我就重复再说一遍都是硬碟转换USB的数据线 , 你们有存货吗 ???
店员就说有的有的 , 你也把硬盘给带过来 (当时有觉得一点不对劲也没时间多想)
本想这去到店拿了付钱就走了 , 怎么知道原来他都还没搞懂我要是什么.....我语气就开始重了 , 要解释给他听 .....我就说到你直接是在浪费我时间
明明自己不会的产品 , 没有听说过的还到责怪我没有没有说明白
好的,争执大概5-6 分钟 , 他也还没有搞明白我需要的就一直拿他觉得可以用的介绍给我......这店员的态度,我服了.....不瞎说转身就走
转个头还好附近有相似的店 , 进去把产品名字再说一次 , 店员就说有 , 有两个选择 A款 B款 , 选好付钱走了
5分钟不到的事情完成交易
总结 : 店员服务态度很差劲 , 没有学习一些基本知识 , 不懂装的很懂那样
只针对店员 , 也希望老板可以请有素质的员工
