Really awesome dental care here.. The environment is good and clean.. The staff all friendly and nice.. I love the Dentist most as I met at least 3 to 4 doctor which really helpful , patience and gentle.

Dr Anusha treated me very well for my braces treatment(super affordable too!). I got my bracket dislodged the other day because of my choice of food. Guess I'll be more careful on what I eat then ? Doctor is very gentle and well trained. Staff are all friendly and very welcoming too even from setting appointment, to walking into the clinic and getting my treatment done. Price of their services are quite affordable for private clinic n i actually kinda like the interior design, it gives you good vibe. All in all, very recommended dental clinic!

Some true story that might help before you take any decision. For all braces wanna-be. Was looking for a good dental to start my braces journey. So I went to I-sihat at Pasir Gudang with appointment made and met the dentist. The consultation with dentist was only around 10 minutes and I tell them I have to consider about it as I could not get any useful or customized information about how my braces treatment will be. After I leave the treatment room, there were assistant and a marketing girl to follow up how is my decision. They are quite pushy with the package, explaining the type, prices, content and the promo is soooo limited etc. Some kind of brainwashing session. That took me about our hour over there (at the counter, outside the treatment room) for these un-useful information with the marketing girl. And AFTER I LEAVE the dental, they gave me a call, saying that the, since the consultation duration was so long and we did not sign any package, hence the CONSULTATION FEE is RM100. That was happened after I leave the dental, The question is, 1. If the fee is really necessary, why only after we leave there only claiming that there are fee occurred. 2. In the promotional poster, was written there, braces consultation is FREE 3. I gave a call to other I-sihat branches to confirm too, the braces consultation should be free too. 4. What is the mean of consultation time is too long? I don't really get it what is the long about. I met the dentist for around 10 minutes only, and the rest is with the marketing girl. I don't think that a session with the marketing girl is regards as "consultation" as she is not providing any "professional" advice too. I am quite disappointed and angry from this dental trip as they are really very very very very pushy with the package and I can feel the pressure over there. To be truth, dental is a healthcare field and I never thought that I will experience this kind of business/sales/ marketing pressure. So, for all braces girl or boy wanna-be, the braces journey is long, that may took you about 1 or 2 years. You have to really think twice who is going to go with your in this wonderful transforming journey. Be make sure to make yourself happy and satisfied only!

Honest review and my nightmare experience here: 1. The cost of braces is beyond of what it stated to be 2. Every month they will add up so many things that left you penniless. 3. Suddenly they want to filling this and that and will cost you around 500++ for EVERY MONTH monthly follow up which supposed to be only rm200 4. This is somehow soft scam because when you say you don’t want they will force it into you 5. The overall cost for braces after total up is around 7k+ 6. I believe so many people experiences this other than me 7. Some of the dentist is not reliable at all, not sure why is it maybe because they take young dentist that have no experience. 8. This is nightmare for me for how it cost much more than what they put in advertisements

Been looking for affordable price for braces for years and finally found here, basic package braces below 4k (depends on ur teeth condition) with affordable deposit and monthly installments. My braces journey almost being 2 years and my experience with isihat is great! Hoping for the great results sooner!

HONEST REVIEW. PLEASE READ? Pros ✅ - The doctors are nice and gentle. They will always comfort you through out the treatment. - Clean place, but not spacious. Cons ❌ - Many hidden charges. They didn't tell additional charges along the treatment. Elastic rings will cost RM50. If you change the new type of rings, you still have to pay for the new one. Retainer will cost RM600. All of these do NOT include the price that they offer at the first place. - Front desk service is not efficient. The receptionist keeps changing. One day I texted to book for appointment and they asked "What kind of treatment do you want", like... don't you check on your customer's information first?? The appointment timing is also not punctual. Usually I have to wait for more than 20 mins to be called. I also used to wait for more than 1 hour because they forgot to call my name ?‍♀️ - Not enough privacy. The rooms are connected by doors in between so the nurses keep coming in and out. They talk loudly about unnecessary things which makes me uncomfortable. - The treatment does not satisfy me. My overall braces treatment only took 3 months?! I noticed that my teeth were still unaligned perfectly. I asked the doctor to fix it but she refused and insisted to open my braces. She then asked me to complete my balance of payment asap. Until now my teeth are still mildly crooked because the retainer follows the teeth alignment. This is my biggest disappointment ☹️ To be honest I will NOT recommend going here. Cheap price does not worth it if the services are bad. Also there will be a lottt of hidden charges so it won't be considered as cheap after all. I really hope that the clinic will make improvement regarding the said matters. Thank you.

doctors are friendly and explain precisely of what u need to know. my braces are well done also. as for the tnc, it is written in detail in the form that will be signed after wearing braces, so i know what to take note of. overall it's great. cool ambiance too.
