Staff berpengalaman dan terlatih.
Penambahbaikan untuk staff untuk tidak berbincang mengenai keadaan customer di depan orang kerana berkaitan dengan tubuh badan mereka, seeloknya menjaga privasi dan bercerita kepada customer itu sendiri masalah apa dan cadangan untuk mengatasi masalah. Perlu menghormati privasi setiap orang dan bertindak sebagai staff yang professional.
Place: comfortable and indoor
Experienced and trained staff.
Improvement for staff not to discuss the customer's situation in front of people because it is related to their body, it is better to maintain privacy and tell the customer himself what the problem is and suggestions to solve the problem. Need to respect everyone's privacy and act as a professional staff.
