★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was intrigued to use their service after seeing good reviews but the experience is completely the opposite of my expectation. They rush the AC maintenance work and installation. When issue arises and they have to come back to fix it, they keep promising to come but never did. Full of empty promises. I’m so disappointed. Please fix your schedule and bookings. Never going to use this business again.
Update: to the owner replying, yes I used your service and I have proof. I’m strongly disappointed right now

Those here who had bad experiences of Ah Heng of Heng Lok Aircond Engineering, please post your feedback here to warn future unsuspecting customers.
Beware of this AC contractor! The main technician is Ah Heng who engaged a solution company to create iAircon.my as his marketing gimmick. Actual company is Heng Lok Aircond Engineering with a house address (Venice Hill Condo) in Cheras. The service quality is not as claimed in Google reviews and I doubt the 5 stars given which are incidentally mostly a year ago. After reasonable services at the initial stage, Ah Heng beginning to show his true colours. Left the place totally uncleaned (not cleaned as claimed by some reviews), started to suggest to change parts or even aircond units, and incomplete and slipshod work. For example, a chemical overhaul service, he cleaned only the indoor unit but not the outdoor unit which he said is included. Unbelievably, he alone could chemical clean 3 units in slightly less than 3 hours. Did not see him chemical cleaned the outdoor units despite he said he did. Each indoor unit is dismantled and cleaned but brought it immediately back into the house without drying and with water dripping on the floor. He cleaned the drain pipe by blowing with his mouth into the pipe which he said is good enough! He did not even clean and check the outdoor unit or pipe. He once changed a new water pump which he said to prevent water leaking. Shortly after the change of pump, water leaked again and he said is due to the dirt in the drain tray and pipe! He cleaned the tray but to clean the pipe, he blew into the pipe with his mouth! Our last straw was when he dismantled and chemical cleaned 1 unit in less than an hour, re-installed it and the PCB malfunctioned shortly. He promised to replace the PCB at cost without labour cost. After that, he hung up and never answered our calls and never called back and never followed up. After getting it checked with another contractor, it was found that the swing flap support was broken and the swing motor was faulty and NOT the PCB which is a much costlier part! Ah Heng is a classic case of a contractor with good talk and gimmick with reasonable charges but hidden poor quality service and other hidden cost (repeat services, recurring problems, changing of parts, etc). Technically unaware customers would be conned by this smooth talking technician giving all sort of technical "advice" (nonsense) and ended up paying more despite the low initial charges. Avoid this incompetent and dishonest contractor at all cost!
