★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company deserves a review for their splendid performance! My good friend referred me IAQ Diagnostics and I must say they did a top-notch job in cleaning the ventilation ducts and disinfecting the building. We didn't know they had all sort of equipments to clean hard to reach places for air condition and ventilation duct cleaning. All the corners, thin rectangular ducts were all clean from inside. I saw the before and after pictures and was surprised to see all the dirt collected inside the ducts. After the cleaning the air inside the building actually does feel a lot better and lighter than before.
Moreover, regarding the disinfection service, I am 99.9% satisfied because I saw them using the advanced equipments and the most expensive and the "only best available solution in the market" today around the world, environment friendly solution! That chemical solution is also included in the EPA's N-list products which means it doesn't only kill normal bacteria and germs but also COVID-19 bacteria!! If there's any specific service you need, just contact and ask them and they'll reply you and help you with what you need. All the best and keep up the great work guys!
P.S. The only sad part is that they only perform their services for commercial and industrial sectors and not for households.
