I have paid fractional purchase on 21 June 2019. I’ve only been contacted few times:
1) 25 June - informed sales order has been received and it will take up to 3 months for production, shipping, location searching and installation
2) 23 Sep - informed vending machine has arrived at port and give selection of location to be placed (after WhatsApp on 21 Sep on status)
3) 18 Oct - replied WhatsApp to check latest email without informing anything (after WhatsApp 14 Oct). No email received.
It’s been almost 4 months and the vending machine is still not installed. Would understand if there’s communication or updates on it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit slow in executing the placement for vending machine. The customer service can be improved. Email and whatssap communication not as personalised as I expected to be. More transactional relationship rather than personalise.
Good opportunity to invest but I am yet to see the fruits of the investment.
A good company to look at and study in terms of fast scaling up the company among millennials.
