★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Company now offering VSS to his staff.This Company is very gd to work but the reason for this Company fall because of the egoness of Both Management side.Japanese and Local.poor Management and Marketting strategies and Also to many time of changing the MD cause stupid idea and strategy.I work for 7 yrs theres no any changes and improvement idea implement.I Love This Company so much.Love Ibiden Forever.but i no longger there anymore cause been advice to take the VSS and leave the Company.Anyway Thank u Ibiden for give me an opportunity to work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice place to make your job carrier a wonderful time every day. Have 8 parking lot for wheelchair everytime you need it. Also have a wheelchair accessible entrance. Only employee and staff can enter this facilities without any appointment. For interviews have to make appointment first before you can get access to this premise

Boss sometime hit or miss. Sometime got good boss, sometime less so.
Average salary with little to no increment (depend on department).
Parking is plentiful. Separate parking from contractor.
