★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Talent Acquisition CHEW LI WEN ghosting me after interview . She ignore my message , my email and even drop my call . Don't send your IC or passport copy to them before you get any offer from them !!! Most of their jobs was work for third party not directly work for IBM . Just like what happen in BPO call center . Once the project finished , they may terminate you like what other BPO call center doing . Please think carefully before apply jobs with them if you looking for long term career .
