★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service from Jimmy who responded my all my questions on Shopee Chat. I am glad to find out that he has a store in Masai and bought it from him the next day. I do highly recommend Ricoh SP 230DNw because it has wireless printing, duplex and the paper tray is exactly below the printer and no tray sticking out of the front of the printer. Therefore, it can fit small desk or can be placed on a drawer. No more headache trying to sort out Inkjet printer head problem. Ricoh SP 230DNw also has 1 + 2 extended on-site warranty. The best thing is that Jimmy also sell compatible toner and drum for this printer at much cheaper costs. Setting up wifi is easy and so is warranty registration. I also been using a HP mono printer for 9 years now and I hope this Ricoh unit can last as long.

Contacted the seller to ask whether I could send back the items to exchange it for the correct version and he agreed to it readily. Seller kept me well informed when he received the items I return and when he re-post the items he sends back to me. Recommend to buy from this seller.
