★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, I believe it took 4 days to deliver a 1.8m by 2.0m seamless borderless mirror up to the first floor. Crew was super skilled and had laser for alignment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy subcontractor. Uncooperative and rude to customers. After paying them the deposit (50%), they sent an outsourced subcontractor named Heng in this picture who cannot even think of simple solutions for some little usual technical and site limitations. They work in silo and cause untold suffering to unfortunate walk-in Clients. My advise is stay away from Ibox and save your paid agony.
