The Good:
- The fat and meat of beef and mutton satay is just nice with a very fragrant lamb smell (You might not like it) and soft texture. It has a bit of sweet to the meat which makes it even tastier
The Okay/ Usual:
- Chicken satay is a little dry and hard but softer than other usual chicken satay.
The Bad/ Improvement Needed:
- Sometimes the satay is overly sweet, overpowering the fragrance from the meat
- Sometimes the mutton is full of it's chewy parts
