They have a service 24-hours.
Doctor was helpful and spoke english too. Nurses were kind.
If you are a tourist, don't forget your passport and some money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friend was throwing up last 24 hours. Took her in. Doctor only test blood pressure, no history questions. Charge 150. Had to go in and bollock them to do a proper diagnosis.
Result was good news but only because we forced them to do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for RTK test at 1pm and received confirmation of our booking from clinic staff in person. However, when we got there we were told that there was no one to perform the test at 1pm and no record of our booking. We were told to wait for the doctor to come back which could take another hour or more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister went to this clinic to check her swollen eyelid. The registration staff is rude and arrogant. How can you hired someone like that? my sister has clinic panel card, so she put the card together with her IC during registration but the clinic staff only asked for her ic. she was charged RM42 just for the consultation which the doctor said they don't want to take the risk handling her case. What kind of service from such a big healthcare company offering to the public? We paid for the service so give us a good one. My sister left the clinic in tears. I'm going to report I care Langkawi Clinic to Consumer Tribunal and KPDNHEP. ITS NOT ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF PAYMENT, ITS ABOUT THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR STAFF

The staff is efficient, and Dr Lim is very professional and gentle; he diagnosed me promptly, and handled and sorted out my issue perfectly. I wished it was this easy every time I needed medical help. 5 stars!
