★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the iced coffee on the go. Taste is average. Price wise it's 50 to 80 cents more expensive than a typical coffee shop. I was expecting a coffee that packs more punch due to the media hype surrounding the shop but they fell flat.

I just got what the guy in front of me got (it was easier because of the language divide) but the bag of ice, coffee, condensed milk and whatever else this coffee maverick put in it was delicious.
It was a bit frustrating that the motorbikes pulling up got some kind of preference in the line but hey, I figure she has to take care of her repeat customers and, it was a nice day out so I wasn’t too bothered.
Penang is full of these types of stalls that specialize in one thing. Generations of recipes and skills boiled into one little street stall gives this town its’ charm.

I remember my first visit in May 2019 due to the hype, aunty's hand was burn and injured. Business still going on! I really salute her. This visit, she has helpers, 1 with difficulty in communicating. In overall, they are very humble and passionate with their job. This makes me appreciate the coffee more.
