The baker runs Dots Bakes, serving all kinds of desserts she can churn from her industrial oven. We tried the Nutella bombolinis which was so lovely and light with generous dollops of Nutella spread. There were also basque burnt cheesecakes, pavlovas and brownies.
The barista runs Icepresso.my used to offer cold brew from locally roasted premium coffee beans. Now they bring in specialty beans from all over and you can choose whether to take them espresso or filter. Personally, filter brings out all the wonderful fruitiness and other terroirs. Definitely one of my very few go-to coffee places in KB.
They also serve good quality matcha latte (100% matcha powder in milk). I already bought 3 bottles of the matcha latte within 2 days. Just so so good.
If you are lovers of desserts and different nuances in coffee taste profile, you should give this place a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time trying drip coffee. And straight away I fall in love with it. If you're a coffee lover (who drinks bitter coffee, not coffee with syrup and whipped cream), u must come here and try the coffee. I love how the barista explain and tells me facts about the coffee. And yeah I gained new coffee knowledge from his explanation which I only get this once when I tried Chai Latte at Bao². I really love when barista showed/tells you on how to drink your coffee to truly taste it, coffee facts and etc. So yeah, will definitely come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow bar concept. Small shop, low volume, slow paced, small but quality setup, special or rare beans and the owner/barista runs the show. Got close to the experience of how the beans are sourced, what are expected taste notes and the recommended type of coffees to go with (milk or not).
Mine goes with the Flair. My goodness! This was sooooooo good!
Glad it is at my hometown!

Meticulously researched and well prepared for you every single time with the new beans.
There’s a few coffee shops that put a mark into my mind and my taste bud keeps longing for it-this shop definitely is!

Every time I'm back in Kota Bharu, this place would never disappoint me. They use different beans every few weeks hence you will be spoilt with indescribable coffee experience for each visit.
It's Muslim owned and the cakes are homemade.
