Living here. Love it. Easy access to LDP and federal. There's 7-11, my news and mamak opened.

Not sure what's there to shout about this development with less than 5 shops open.. There are more cleaners than customers at the shops area. Dead mall unless you're staying or bought a unit there you have no choice. Less than 5% occupancy when you drive pass the highway during the night, so most owners bought for investment or rental where other places nearby offers cheaper rental and bigger space. For those who rated 5-star I don't know what deserves it - slow lift, poor management, expensive maintenance fee (highest in KV?), messy parking etc.. Looks like Gotham city, dark in color bad omen for Chinese. Feels like a ? town. Don't want to continue with this selfish development which makes the busy federal highway narrower by building a flyover bridge for their self-convenience and creating massive traffic jam to people staying at Puchong, Subang, Shah Alam and Klang. Demolish it to have less curse from millions of road users passing by everyday. Good luck with this development.

Typical environment for a new buildings. Literally empty. Nice concept to combine business and residential in one place. Located in one of the busiest place in PJ. Traffic jam all the time.

Superb location, central of everything. Located in the corner of LDP and Federal Highway. 10 Mins to Mid Valley Shopping Center and Sunway Pyramid.

Massive new mixed development by Mah Sing with excellent residential facilities such as rooftop gardens, gyms, swimming pools. Retail and commercial lots and offices are still empty. Easy entry via Federal Highway (Shah Alam Bound) and off LDP (Puchong Bound).

Location seems nice but actually not so great. Very jam to this place and inconvenient from opposite direction. Abit high density and design seems boring and square. Parking lot is tight and lift is so so slow long wait. Arts lights is nothing special, just a marketing gimmick to attract people here. Not much to see actually and long que. Not much f&b available yet.

Actually its a nice environment to be here for business or residential. However there are a few reasons why this is a BIG WHITE ELEPHANT. No. 1: your entrance into the compound is very confusing and dangerous. Turning into the the entrance and the left lane in change to right lane. Do you know how dangerous? I went in the wrong way and luckily there’s no car from the other side. No. 2: parking space all occupied by cones. Why? No. 3: The retails already dead and you should encourage more people to visit your place but impose high parking rate doesn’t help. RM2/hour. Wow!!
