★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area, if you can find it is pretty central. No facilities yet as development is fairly new. The place we stayed in should not have been recommended by Agoda. Did not meet up to HomeStay requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 'lemon building'. Any visitor will flare up here. To get to Residence Tower 1 u need to go to Tower H first. Also in the lift there's no "Lobby" button, they expect u to know which floor is lobby. Very visitor unfriendly building. Lack of clear signages to indicate different blocks. The JMB/Management does not take time to vision themselves as a visitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under maintenance. A lot of rubbish at at parking lot and the parking lot is smelly, light bulbs at facility floor broken. Not sure about the residential rate here but seems like a lot units available for Airbnb. Unfriendly place for visitors, found people tailgating as well. Considered new building but looks old.
