β β β β β When take money taking take like a boss, if something need repair u have to wait half year to be repair, when broke the contact then sue you back, must be consider before taking their services, you heart must be strong enough if not you all suffer for entire year.

Such irresponsible and unprofessional answer!

I guess they hardly find tenant during mco, so they rent the room to the black people, i argue with them, and they told me you can leave as you wish, in the end i have to surrender my deposit because i am a girl. Girls you have to be careful if you intend to rent their room. I feel very not secure to stay with black people.

β β β β β Have the worst experience with the most irresponsible and lazy agent Iβve ever seen. My agent Ifa from Iconix Property & Asset Management keep claiming that she have sacrifice a lot of her time just to find me a room but isnβt that her job? Us as customers even need to suit her time whenever she is happy to work. Even if we fixed an appointment she can be late whenever she want without informing us. Other than that, we agreed that we can move in a unit by 16th of January, but we waited for weeks for the agreement and she couldnβt get her job done. We didnβt get mad and asked her to find us another one instead, she promise to bring us for viewing today, but she cancelled last minute because she want to go out as itβs a public holiday. Did we force her to promise us? No! And her time is time, but customers arenβt? Just because that she doesnβt have commission she can treat customers with such attitude? Just look at the conversation history.

β β β β β If you pay late, they will impose RM300 fine on top of your rent. What logic is that? Management don't make effort to communicate, simply walk into your room/unit. They never even tell you they are coming in...EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The building itself is strict, but there will still be strangers in your place which are the management people. Initially say the unit it not mixed. Suddenly mixed unit just because they want to make money.

β β β β β Very bad. The management team never take action even you report any warranty issues in your unit. They will spent more than 2 weeks to fix a very simple problem and never update the status. Getting tired to communicate with them. If possible I like to rated them no star, even negative.....

Complained to them for almost 5 months that the sink was clogged sink moved in but after 5 months of no reply, told me will come fix but now already another 2 weeks passed and still no repairs are made. Reminded them but no replies. When time to collect rental then fast like Ferrari. Bravo to this management ??
