At first, I was really confused with their design & build but once they have story me about the processes that needs to be done for the next processes, I am well assure and would really love to recommend their services to my other friends. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had been subscripting to the consultancy but was not being entertained accordingly. The crew was not that friendly in entertaining their client. The PIC was not helping either. Very frustrating services...not as what they marketed widely in blogs or utube...hope the mgmt of IDW take it seriously

I have paid for a consultation that supposed to happen today when I realised that it is a face to face rather than online consultation. Upon realising this I have made multiple calls via the provided numbers in the websites, facebook and instagram. I have also sent messages and emails to rearrange the appointment or at least discuss the available options. None of my attempts were answered.
Nobody even give me a call for not turning up at the proposed time.
As a professional service provider, this is unexpected and frustrating. What portrayed in the websites/ instagram/ facebook fell short from the reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Team are very unprofessional. Always delay in everything, even provided us with copy paste invoices which is totally wrong items in it. Unbelievable expensive quotation for example rm27k for a double decker kids bed? Refund claim was really delayed and unimaginable quoted reduction (almost 40%). There was time they didn’t entertain us for a funny reason as whole team having family day event? common there should be a back up and business as usual!
