โ โ โ โ โ very very very bad customer service. This company just good when u first sign up, after sales service is worst. Waiting a whatsapp reply need a one and half day, per one whatsapp message. If i can rate with zero to negative stars, i will rate -5 stars. Even they remote in your pc, you can OBVIOUSLY see their mouse cursor stay idle and only move 5 mins out of 3 hours of total remote time. All the first comer, DO NOT get scam by this accounting company. THINK TWICE and survey other accounting company while you can and while your stock/accounting not stuck with their system. NOT WORTH. WASTE TIME ONLY.
