★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis lambat, tak selesai kerja mengikut waktu yang janji, customer servis yang amat teruk...syarikat order item yang salah.. Lebih dari 59 hari kami tunggu untuk kerja-kerja pemasangan kitchen yang lengkap..sakit hati.lah...kami pun dah bayar penuh..
Slow service, unfinished work according to the promised time, very bad customer service ... the company ordered the wrong item .. More than 59 days we waited for the complete kitchen installation work..it hurts ... we already paid in full ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service sangat slow. Alasan macam-macam. Duit dah bayar habis, projek tetap slow. Kalau nak ambil duit customer laju. Bayangkan dari bayar deposit Oktober 2021 sampai ke April 2022 untuk buat kabinet dapur sekangkang kera pun lembab. Itu pon masih tak siap lagi 8 April. Bagi yang berniat nak ambil servis IfKitchen ni yang urgent, lupakan saja. Banyak masalah. Ni senarai masalah aku hadapi:
1. Sales berhenti - siapa pon tak ambil kisah customer sales yang dah berhenti tu.
2. Initial design macam lain, present tangkap muat saja macam lain. Kena tunggu redesign balik.
3. Harga asal macam lain, harga sales baru macam lain. Company jenis tak simpan rekod ka apa?
4. "Kami pasang kabinet saja" kerja elektikal & plumbing kami tak buat. Yes. Cari la sendiri.
5. Table top ukur lain, mai pasang jadi lain. Kena tunggu lagi. Initial plan dah ada. Tu pon nak mai ukur. Ukur kalut-kalut, habis semua salah, kena buat lain. Kena tunggu lagi.
6. Date tak pernah ada. Ayat standard "team kami akan datang minggu depan". Bagi la tarikh yang firm. Apa susah sangat nak buat plan?? Bagi tarikh. "Team kami akan datang hari Isnin lebih kurang jam 11.00 pagi." Kalau bagi macam ni MUDAH!!
7. WhatsApp group. Dalam ni macam2 title team ada. Tapi yang jawab 1 - 2 orang saja. Ni satu2nya medium untuk komunikasi. Kalau engkau tak tanya, memang tak akan ada apa-apa update. Kalau tunggu, tak tau bila. Professional sangat.
8. Kitchen hood kalau on, pintu cabinet terbuka sendiri. Sempoi. La tunggu 'team finishing' depa nk boleh buat apa. Kalau x boleh, hidup la dengan masalah ni. Kata pengalaman bertahun2 tapi...
Kalau tak urgent dan sanggup tunggu dan buang masa 6 bulan. Silakan. Ni jenis servis, engkau mesej baru dia update. Kalau tak mesej, mampos la kau kat sana. Aku tulis ni untuk perhatian customer baru, apa yang akan anda hadap dan untuk pengurusan If Kitchen IMPROVE bukan sekadar kata-kata tapi buat betul-betul. Jika anda memudahkan orang lain, Insyallah anda akan dipermudahkan. Terima Kasih.
Service is very slow. Various reasons. The money has been paid, the project is still slow. If you want to take customer money fast. Imagine from paying a deposit in October 2021 to April 2022 to make a kitchen cabinet that is even damp. That pound is still not ready for April 8th. For those who intend to take this urgent IfKitchen service, just forget it. Lots of problems. Here is a list of problems I'm facing:
1. Sales stopped - who doesn't care about customer sales who have stopped.
2. Initial design is different, the present just fits in a different way. Have to wait for the redesign to return.
3. The original price is different, the new sales price is different. What kind of company doesn't keep records?
4. "We install cabinets only" we do not do electrical & plumbing work. Yes. Find it yourself.
5. Table top is another measure, so install it differently. Have to wait again. The initial plan is already there. Tu pon nak mai ukur. Measure the chaos, finish everything wrong, have to do something else. Have to wait again.
6. Date never exists. The standard sentence is "our team is coming next week". For a firm date. Is it really hard to make a plan? For the date. "Our team will be coming Monday around 11.00am." If it's like this, it's EASY !!
7. WhatsApp group. In this, there are various team titles. But only 1 - 2 people are responsible. This is the only medium for communication. If you don't ask, there won't be any updates. If you wait, I don't know when. Very professional.
8. Kitchen hood if on, cabinet doors open by themselves. Cool. He waited for the 'finishing team' to see what he could do. If x can, live with this problem. Says years of experience but ...
If not urgent and willing to wait and waste 6 months. Please. This type of service, you update the new message. If you don't get a message, you'll be there. I am writing this for the attention of new customers, what you will face and for the management of If Kitchen IMPROVE not just words but do it right. If you make it easy for others, God willing, you will make it easy. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So dissapointed with this company. Totally rude and unprofessional. No support on complaining and no solution at all. Unstoppable excuses. We are never going here again and suggest that others to blacklist this company. A very slow service yet marketing so tip top. We all have been lied with the marketing and ads.
