★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmang teruk la company ni..Aku duk tunggu dari pagi tadi sampai malam ni tak datang ,dia jgak yang bagi tarikh nak datang hari, ni dah tanya dalam group xde sapa jawab,malam ni call cakap tak jadi datang. Punya teruk la company ni..kita bukan tak bayar, siap da habis bayar pulak tu. Nak kata kawasan banjir..dalam group whapp staff dia semua kena banjir ka??? Sampai tak boleh nak balas.hari tu datang masa bulan puasa pasang kabinet malam, lepas maghrib baru datang..orang nak buka puasa, sembahyang terawih, tak ada akal punya company..ingat kan siap rupanya tak siap jgak..nasib jiran tak bising.memang menyesal jgak la ambik company ni..dari bulan November tahun lepas sampai sekarang xsiap, harap iklan, showroom, youtube , facebook jer la diaorg ni, harap orang lain tak terkena macam saya.ingat nak bagi 0 bintang ,kene jugak letak satu bintang jer baru boleh review

This company is bad..we are not unpaid, we are ready to pay for it. Want to say the flood area..in the whapp staff group, are they all flooded ??? Until I can't reply. That day comes the time of the fasting month, install the night cabinet, after maghrib it just comes .. people want to break their fast, pray terawih, there is no sense in having a company .. remember it's ready, apparently it's not ready .. the fate of the neighbors is not noisy .I'm really sorry he didn't take this company..from November last year until now it's ready, please advertise, showroom, youtube, facebook because he's here, hope other people aren't affected like me.remember to give 0 stars, here is also one new jer stars can review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teruk sangat cara kerja diorang. Bab Marketing dan push payment memang power. Tapi bila bab perlaksanaan kerja, lembab.. lepas tu salah pulak. Bila hari finishing baru tahu salah order pintu kabinet lah apa. Dah habis bayar dah pun, tapi kerja mcm kita ni berhutang lagi dengan diorang ni. Orang dalam wasap grup punya ramai, tapi bila tanya itu ini, senyap. Kita push baru nak jawab. Elok boleh settle harini, eh kena tunggu lagi sebab salah order pintu kabinet. Berapa lama lagi nak tunggu??? Setahun baru boleh siap???Terasa tertipu betul tengok iklan diorang. Semoga orang lain tak kena mcm kami.
Very bad way people work. Chapter Marketing and push payment is indeed power. But when it comes to the execution of work, it's slow ... then it's wrong. When the finishing day just found out what the wrong cabinet door order was. I've already paid, but our work is still indebted to this person. The people in the group's fumes were crowded, but when asked this, they were silent. We just push to answer. It's good to be able to settle today, eh, we have to wait again because I ordered the wrong cabinet door. How much longer do you want to wait ??? A new year can be ready ??? Feels cheated right looking at people's ads. Hope other people don't like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So dissapointed with this company. Totally rude and unprofessional. No support on complaining and no solution at all. Unstoppable excuses. We are never going here again and suggest that others to blacklist this company. A very slow service yet marketing so tip top. We all have been lied with the marketing and ads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Not on time, keep pushing for payment but keep delaying the installation and give stupid excuses, poor planning and communication among their staff. Have group whatsapp with so many staff (15people) but no responses when we ask the question, need to keep follow up and calls multiple time. Then, need to deal with so many people (e.g lorry driver multiple time keep asking for location) so many 3rd party we need to deal with (inconvenient). Better find another contractor who can do one shot and complete job (start from wiring, plumbing and complete installation) Also they do not have experienced worker for installation. I need to ask other experienced plumber to check my pipe bcoz they not able to finish it (also extra cost) ? totally not recommend to those married couple and both working. Luckily I have my mother and sister at home who always available waiting them to come ad-hoc. Conclusion, we need to settle everything they just come paste the cabinet on our wall only. Other things, they not give a damn. If anything happen, we need to clean their mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soo disappointed. Over promise, under delivered. So many staffs in WhatsApp group but none bother to response on customer's query and request. When it comes to payment, your staff will push us. But when it comes to installation, delayed and postponed so many times. Please improve your customer service. Please be transparent to your customer.
