★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip off store - don't trust them. Not only did they sell me an adapter charger for twice the normal retail price, while I was paying a staff, another sales staff ripped open the package and threw it in the trash without saying a word! I asked for a warranty and only got a receipt, which they insisted was a warranty. I had just gotten off a long flight and needed to get going so I didn't stay to argue. They must make good money by scamming clueless foreign tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a Sony headphone from this store. Surprisingly, they charged me triple from the normal retail price! Very pricey! My bad I didnt Googled it first. Beware travellers. Dont ever buy from this shop if you are in gateway@klia2!

Even though the item is a bit pricey, it's a money well spent.. thank you for your fine service on explaining and suggesting the item.. will gladly come back to this place on my next trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop and the services they provide deserve 10 stars. I bought my first mirorless with them. Unfortunately it had a defect on sensor. (one of the staff) provided me with assistance even if I contacted him late at night and always answered my questions. Once they established my camera had a faulty sensor they immediately replaced it with another one. Certainly a go-to shop. Trustworthy and hard-working people. As a beginner I had many doubts at the beginning but these guys can really be counted on. I have been also buying other equipment with them and will definitely return for more. I don't know other shops in the city centre that provide the same quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a scam, paid double but because I was in a pickle, rushing and i had no choice. Seller was rushing, removed packaging etc. Before charging me 388rm for 2 wired headphones. Didnt even give a receipt. Once i saw the price I knew why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visit the store during lunchtime. Signs and classification of phone model but tiny, searching alone would be difficult unless with the assistance from the staff. Staff friendly and knowledgable on the products, brief explanation and easily to understand. Affordable price with decent and pretty good product. Change tempered glass protector(matte) ip12promax and tempered glass for vivo v19 which is very hard to find at any store nowadays bcs the phone was produce back in 2020. Been searching to replace the casing for months.definitely will regularly come here and recommend to friends for phone accessories.
