★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please to be advised IJM Land Developer to extend the warranty period from 2 years to 5 years as after 2 years most of the problems related to the house arises. As an example rotten main electrical cable, leaking on rooftop, ceiling leakage, door nob poor quality, toilet bowl lauya one, last but not least the quality of glass window frame also.
