★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop front deco is an attraction. Probably we were the only table dining, the staff/owner with their bunch of friends (not dining) chat and laugh very loudly as if we were not there.
Feels like we intruded a private hangout place. ?
Visited in Nov 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ikigai Cafe, the Japanese fusion pet friendly cafe was created with the vision of having a space where owners could not only bring their favourite furry friends, but where the pets could roam freely. Opening in Nov 2020, they did just that. Ikigai welcomes four-legged visitors and their owners. It is also a place for those who may not have pets themselves to come and enjoy cuddle and play time with new furry friends.
The cafe serves up some Japanese inspired comfort food, also some smoothies and hot drinks such as coffee and tea, as well as having light snacks and toasts on the menu. There’s also healthy dog snacks for sale to ensure your pooch isn’t drooling over your snacks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint little cafe by the roadside. Very cosy interior with beautiful artwork by the owner. This cafe is pet-friendly too! But don't forget to bring diapers for your pets if they are not toilet-trained. The food is Japanese-influenced. Tried their unagi don and loved it! Mango yogurt drink is great too because it's not too sweet and tastes natural. Food is affordable overall. Definitely will visit again because they are pet-friendly :)
