★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go to this awful hair saloon!! We booked 1 slot for rebonding and another slot for toddler's hair cut. Manager told us that toddler's turn is right after mom's rebonding session. So left mom there and went back an hour or so later to wait for toddler's turn. We waited for about 2 hours and in between reminded manager about my toddler's haircut a couple of times, which he acknowledged. The saloon was gradually filled up with disgruntled customers who have to wait for their turns. After waiting 2 hours for mom to finish, manager suddenly told us sorry, no more slot available for toddler. I reacted with disbelief!! After we booked our sessions hours earlier and waited for 2 hours with a sleepy toddler whom I was trying to keep awake, you told us sorry No Slot?? Just like that?? You gotta be kidding me. Only good explanation is the manager decided to give our slot to his regular customers where he can probably earn more per session than doing a toddler haircut
