★ ★ ★ ★ ★ paling teruk pernah pergi. i sent my laptop to repair the broken screen and it was during sept 2021 . today is 24 february 2022 and i still didn't know the update. everytime i texted the technician always the same reply ' i will recheck with the technician ' i wanna know the status of my laptop!!!! doesn't make sense it takes this long to repair it ????? if you can't do it just tell the customer you are wasting my time

When you come in, you will be greeted by a well mannered and suit wearing customer service person and he will taylor you for your needs. There's no where's like this place in Ipoh, the atmosphere was great, the customer service was phenomenal but there's just a lil bit of downside, the place are quite a mess a bit and the price are quite expensive but hey they will get the job done with the best customer service they give. Definitely will come if I want to send in my gadget.

We would buy from Prabhu again and recommend him to our family and friend.
There are so many different refurbished laptop companys on google, so dont waste your time.
