★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half of the shirts have shrunk. Not sure if they really did dry clean them or they put in a washing machine and hot dryer. Pickup service is ridiculous. Wouldn't try again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for simple alteration. Got quoted MYR 45 per item. Something seemed wrong about this. Got home and noticed online that the price for simple alterations was MYR18 per item. Blatant rip off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start, Shirley the seamstress is without questions the rudest person I have ever met in a customer-facing role, I mean seriously bad. I went in with a request to have some clothes altered but because it was complex and would take a bit of time she wasn't interested in doing it...I can almost understand this but the hugely arrogant and condescending manner in which she spoke to me was staggering. I also didn't appreciate her and her colleague conversing in Bahasa and laughing whilst I was speaking to them. Please, whatever you do, do not even think about using Impero laundry at Plaza Arkadia in Desa ParkCity.
