The boss and staff didn't welcome those only want to buy cheap / normal items.
If you don't choose the item they suggested then they will 'give' you awful shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the price higher than Dinor Kempas Jaya which opposite this store. Bad After Sales Service, Rude & Unprofessional Technicians. Some of products are cheap, but with expensive installation fee and bad after sales service.
Please be mind, the product is not genius which is not cover by manufacturer company. Anything fault only can be request warranty claim from this store. And they only attend/answer you if you purchase again from them.
Thier lorry man also very rude and like gangster. You think you can call police? Police also help him lol.
So if you want worry-free service, better choose like Senheng, SenQ, Keck Seng (Ungku Tun Aminah) or official stores insteas of this IMPIAN MAJU ELECTRIC.
