★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for a 1 night stay with the family just for JPO shopping. Got a good deal at hotel's website for a twin bed inclusive breakfast and dinner for 2 A, 2 C. The room was spacious overlooking the pool at a low floor which was great. Check in and check out was smooth and parking is free on site. The hotel is situated just next to KFC.
The letdown of the stay were during dining
Dinner - the staff at the dining area (Tiffin) doesn't even know there was a promotion ongoing for the free dinner. My family has to wait between 10-15 minutes for them to confirm. The person in charge was also quite clueless what to offer us because there was no buffet during that time and we were instead only offered the menu set with some of the sets in the menu not available for order. Though the chicken chops we ordered were delicious, they did missed out one order by the time we done our dinner. We requested for the food to be sent to the room instead which they graciously agreed.
Breakfast - we were amongst the earliest during the morning. Not many people got in at that point. All the foods were pre-cooked and nothing was done on site and nobody attended during the breakfast (no chef at the egg station, all were prepared earlier so you can't choose what type of egg you want. Only omelet available). The half boiled egg also was mostly raw. Though the choices are good, but you have to do most of the things yourself. Maybe this is the way for the hotel to cut some cost.
Overall the stay was ok despite the setbacks. I would come again as there is not a lot of choices to be made in town and the price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the best 4star hotels to stay in johor. it’s nearby the airport and jpo so there’s nothing to worry about if u have a flight to catch. i had in room dining and i love the fact that their services are available until 11pm if im not mistaken. the food is totally great! everything there is neat, well-prepared and satisfying (customer service, rooms, comfort, food, etc)

Good location with walking distance to KFC, gas stations and shop lot too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel has acceptable amenities, and a pretty good banquet, the service was adequate but not upto standards. As you can see from the picture, my only major complaint is the view from my room and the infinity pool, its just horrendous. Other than that pretty acceptable experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is spacious, huge bed, clean hotel. Room service is available. Close to the airport if you want closer to Senai Airport. Their housekeeping though is slow to accommodate request. Price is reasonable, some booking promo are also available in various booking websites. Breakfast is ok.
