โ โ โ โ โ Personally have no experience on DIY painting, due to budget constrain got no choice but have to do painting by ourselves. Consulted the lady in charge of the store, selling service was tip top & by listening to her advices, we bought 2 pails of 18L paint. After the painting day, we realized that 1 pail of 18L still got extra where we contacted the in charge informed her we will come to exchange of the unused 18L paint with a 12 steps ladder.
After sales service of this lady is NOT a good experience for us. Forced us to buy something to make the exchange & no cash refund. Hello ~ when Budget is small ~ how to afford a RM399 12 steps ladder selling at her store where the other places can get much cheaper?
When we told her got nothing to buy for the exchange after browsing in the store for nearly an hour, she made us to wait for the refund. Why & When? Wait for someone buying the 18L paint then she will refund us. WOW ~
Is a super disappointed purchase experience. I thought they're sincere person but sadly not.
Hope their sales grows with better after sales service. But no... no more 2nd visit.
