Saya berpuas hati dengan tour guide yg terdiri daripada mahasiswa Uni Mekah dan Madinah. Pengisian yang cukup padat dan informative. Kudos to them. Terima kasih juga bagi mutawif yang banyak membantu. Saya hargai. Walaubagaimanapun, kecacatan utama bagi saya ialah pengurusan yang tidak memuaskan. Daripada sebelum berlepas lagi pihak syarikat tidak proaktif memberikan maklumat penting. Itinerary pun diberi sehari sebelum berangkat walaupun jemaah dah minta berkali-kali. Soalan2 yg diajukan dibiar tak berjawab most of the time. Poor management ini tidak berhenti di situ, malah bersambung sewaktu di sana, malah sehinggalah pulang ke tanah air. Antara contohnya, sewaktu di Madinah, beberapa tempat melawat yang dijanjikan di itinerary tidak dilaksanakan. Bahkan, digantikan dengan lawatan ke Bukit Magnet yang memerlukan bayaran tambahan. β€œLawatan” sekitar Masjid Nabawi pula hanya dibuat secara acuh tidak acuh. Rasa seperti fokus utama waktu tu hanyalah utk bergambar. Terdapat beberapa perubahan flight pergi dan balik, di mana, bagi saya bukanlah salah pihak Insaff, tetapi cara mereka handled the situation tidak meredakan keadaan. Apabila jemaah mengadu, respon pihak Insaff mengecewakan. Mereka kurang empati dalam menyampaikan sesuatu berita dan bagi saya ego mereka sangat tinggi. Saya berharap pihak Insaff lebih menghalusi cara berurusan dengan clients selepas ini, bukannya dengan totally ignore the elephant in the room ataupun dengan tiba2 membalas mesej panjang berjela di group, seolah2 mereka pula mangsa keadaan dek kerana aduan bertalu dari pihak jemaah. Bagi pendapat saya, jika pihak Insaff telus daripada awal, saya yakin para jemaah akan lebih memahami. Saya sedar dugaan nak beribadat itu ada tapi janganlah sampai mengambil kesempatan. I am satisfied with the tour guide who consists of students from the Union of Mecca and Medina. The filling is quite dense and informative. Kudos to them. Thanks also to the mutawif who helped a lot. I appreciate. However, the main flaw for me is that management is not satisfactory. Rather than before departure again the company is not proactive in providing important information. The itinerary was given the day before departure even though the congregation had asked for it many times. Questions asked are left unanswered most of the time. This poor management did not stop there, but continued while there, even until returning to the homeland. Among the examples, while in Medina, some of the places to visit promised in the itinerary were not implemented. In fact, it was replaced with a visit to Magnet Hill that required an additional fee. "Visits" around the Prophet's Mosque were only made indifferently. It felt like the main focus at the time was just to take pictures. There were some round trip flight changes, which, for me was not the fault of Insaff, but the way they handled the situation did not alleviate the situation. When the congregation complained, Insaff's response was disappointing. They lack empathy in delivering news and for me their egos are very high. I hope the Insaff will refine the way they deal with clients after this, not by totally ignoring the elephant in the room or by suddenly replying to long messages in the group, as if they are victims of the deck situation due to repeated complaints from the congregation. In my opinion, if the Insaff were transparent from the beginning, I am sure the congregation would be more understanding. I am aware that there is an allegation of wanting to worship, but don't take the opportunity. A pretty convincing experience ..
