★ ★ ★ ★ ★ budget hotel.It's a bit small for superior twin room.there is no a special parking lot for visitors.Take a parking ticket to avoid fines.shampoo bath is not refilled when customers are in. poor maintenance of bed light without a case. wash basin without lid.just my first impression check in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would claim this is the best budget hotel in this area, although the prices are generally higher among its class. The rooms are clean, toilet spacious, good housekeeping services.
The only setback is that it doesn't have a lift, so climbing up 3 floor can be challenging for some.
Opposite this hotel are several convenient amenities such as saloon, cafe, convenient supermart, boutique shops, bank, etc...
This location is also the heart of the town but away from the traffic noise at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful and helpful staff. The room is clean and the bedsheets and pillow covers are clean. The aircon is Cold so adjust to what temp you want. There is a water dispenser (hot/cold)and tea packets for our use. The waiting area is spacious. It’s nearby to many amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple budget hotel. The room was very small but I liked it especially the bed which was on the floor. Surprisingly the TV had many satellite channels. WiFi was also good. No dining options but wasn't a problem since the area has quite a number of restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is OK if you plan a few days trip to KSB, but you need to check the rooms before you booking as you might end up in the room 3x3m with no windows and fridge , as well as room in the back of the hotel in townhouse (in time of pandemic that’s what you want most). Housekeeping in the hotel rooms require attention a BIG TIME but it’s seems like owner either gave up or don’t care. Sheets and pillowcases seen better days and now looks like something I wouldn’t be using as a rag to wipe my car tires…. Hotel providing a laundry service which is located right next door.
