Quite & not crowded
Good facilities (swimming pool,gym...)
Not much choices restaurants ( mamak kat hujung je, lain need to cross road or by moto)
Jammed at peak hour when need to exit or went for work (exit terus trafic light paling lama kat shah alam nasib2)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got bad experience with managment. They are not helpful. The house was flooded with sewage due to poorly maintaince main pipe. They dont want to admit it and not even help to clean it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay, nearby everything including 99 Speedmart, clinics, furniture shops, Aeon, Shell, McDonald's, highways and etc. The Management here is also very pro-active and the place is very clean (regular cleaning)
