โ โ โ โ โ 1. Kedai tak ada sistem dan tak ada inisiatif untuk jadikannya lebih baik.
Motosikal saya ada beberapa kerosakan, saya terangkan kepada staff dan staff angguk faham.
Bila saya datang balik beberapa hari selepasnya, keadaannya tidak memuaskan dan ada beberapa kerosakan tidak diperbaiki. Alasannya, dia lupa apa saya terangkan hari tu.. Akhirnya tersadai lagi beberapa hari dan buang masa saya..
Saya cadangkan pengurus sediakan borang / service notes utk rekodkan kerosakan dan elakkan isu terlepas pandang.
2. Staff salahguna motosikal pengguna. Saya tinggalkan motosikal saya di bengkel dan berjanji akan ambik 3 hari kemudian.
Rupanya sepanjang 3 hari tu, staff bawak balik rumah dan gunakan untuk lenjan kegunaan harian dia. Kantoi sebab jumpa di jalanan.
Saya bukan kedekut, tapi bike saya tak ada roadtax. Bayangkan kalau kena saman, siapa kena tanggung?
3. Saya di caj RM20 sebab tinggalkan moto di kedai. Billing for nothing sebab dia tidak repair apa-apa pun?

Apparently during those 3 days, the staff returned home and used it for daily use. That's why I met you on the street.
I'm not stingy, but my bike has no roadtax. Imagine if you got a suit, who's responsible?
3. I was charged RM20 for leaving the motto at the store. Billing for nothing because he didn't fix anything?
