★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Doctors are ok. The pharmacist/ dispensary staffs are ok. But I just don't understand why it's always the frontliners who are supposed to be the most polite and well verse in customer service that put up an arrogant and impatient face? Why somebody tell me why?
P/s. Toilet cleanliness need to be improved.

But don't understand why doctors got taklimat too long? Hopefully the management can manage the taklimat early before clinic open. Q

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called earlier to make appointment to do rapid test for covid-19, the staff asked me to just walk in. But when I arrived, the PIC for covid-19 not there. So I just leave my contact number and go home. I received phone call about 2 hours after that and asking me to come back later afternoon. Overall service okay and waiting time not very long. They practicing SOP, provides hand sanitizer everywhere and keep social distancing. I encourage everyone to book your appointment online for convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super sucks service! Ease the registration process. No punctuality. Close early 5 minutes but then open late 3 minutes? Not competent. Doctor isn’t friendly and not detail at all.
