So earlier this day (29th September) I went here to print a multi-paged folio with the pages printed back-to-back to save paper and cost, seems simple enough right?
The Malay woman responsible printed the whole pages out of order so it's entirely unusable as the page on the back of each paper doesn't follow the correct order, I said that's okay i'll cancel and try somewhere else yet she had the gall to say "tapi dah print yg ni?" as if I was responsible for her mistake, then she outright lied to me saying it came out not in order because I saved the file in png and png files tend to do that.
What she didn't realize was she was lying to a graphic designer, this is my bread and butter and she really thought I wouldn't know better ( as an added bonus I went to a better cheaper printing shop called Achik Printing at Taman Melawati and they said png's doesn't do that).
Besides that lie doesn't even make sense, if she knew png files would mess it up why didn't she tell me before it came out all out of order and advise me to reformat it, the answer is simple, she panicked and LIED TO A CUSTOMER to make them pay so the boss doesn't notice any loss.
So after blatantly lying to my face I had to pay OVER RM60 for HER MISTAKE. Keep in mind that i printed TWO SETS of the same amount of pages for a much cheaper price (RM45) at Achik Printing.
I'm not coming here ever again and I hope you don't either because they don't respect their customers enough to be honest and tell them they messed up. Can you imagine making a mistake and making the customer pay for it?
