Not sure why anyone would give a low rating - it's probably the competition (I tried to engage one but realized they had no courtesy and dishonest to start with).
Her staff are hardworking & diligent, and should be shown respect as with any service based industry person should.
Will highly recommend their shredding services but remember to make an appointment ahead of time considering they handle large volumes at any point of time.
