★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only open 8am until 1pm due to xMCO hours, so please allow plenty of time! I would say the queue time is just lucky ??♀️ there were at least four or five counters open and when I arrived there was no queue. When I left though there were about 5-6 people waiting. So arrive early and be patient.
All staff were super lovely, helpful and efficient and clear. The officer dealing with me spoke perfect English (thank you!) and was really helpful in explaining everything to me (as I got a big tax bill so that wasn’t so great, but at least I understood why I did).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inland Revenue Board (HASiL), Bangi branch. Here they gave good service towards customer. They prepared a Customer Service Counter at the ground floor. There are seven counter and five consultation room. Four computer desktop mainly for customer to log in into ez.hasil.gov.my .
There are ample parking space provided at the back of the building. There are Surau for prayer, a cafeteria and vending machine provided for customer and staff here at HASiL, Bangi.
The staff are very polite and very helpful. Really appreciate their kindness in solving problem that we are facing. Thumbs up for the staff which they had here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cozy own building with free visitors car park behind it's main building. Clean, tidy, near customer service centre. Very friendly IRB staff from receptionist, assessment & collections dur ng your visit. Over 30 seats available for client's. Well marked social distancing. Strict QR code scanning @ entrance & temperature monitoring using none infra red thermal hand held devices by knowledgeable security guard. 6 private interview rooms sitting 4 pax/meeting. There is a dedicated online payment PC for either installment or lump sum payments.

The person who attended me was courteous and with a friendly smile felt despite on mask.Very helpful of Cik Noorjuma who attended me. Goes all the way to made my trip here felt like in a 5 star establishment. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, comfortable waiting area and most importantly friendly and smiley working staff. Wonderful to deal with. Ample waiting space and though the process to get things done is expected time consuming, at least the wait is made in comfort. Parking is also ample but its a little bit far for those handicapped individuals. Otherwise, well done.
