β β β β β Please notice officially that this office does not receive people after 3.30pm.
I am not sure about this practice with people less than 10, and they refuse to give numbers for counters. Came far to just rectify simple matters but end up dragged to another time.
Office time until 5pm (officially).

β β β β β Due to the limited parking inside the LHDN premise, kindly consider at least one (1) parking space near the entrance to drop-off a box / boxes of documents that are requested by your LHDN officers for tax field audit. This will be a great help to those drivers who come to your office alone (with no passengers to watch the car) just to drop-off the boxes of documents. Thank you.

β β β β β Inefficient services. Called many times to multiple no to lhdn ipoh but nobody pick up phone. If they want money they can contact us. When we want to clarify nobody picking phones. Very2 inefficient.

β β β β β Call the office, always on voice mail but no direction nor able to contact anyone as there are no directory. The message kept repeating and user do not know how to get in with the repeated message "Untuk Bahasa Malaysia sila tekan satu, for English please press two." "Terima kasih kerana menghubungi LDHN Malaysia, cawangan Ipoh. Sila masukkan nombor sambungan yang anda kehendaki atau "sila tunggu bantuan selanjutnya. Thank you for calling Inland Revenue Malaysia, Ipoh branch. Please dial the extension number or wait for further assistance "
Please help, this is not working at all as putting tax payer to wait only to get no help by calling the office.
