Staffs are friendly,waffle and ice cream are great as thr is a wide range of selection. However i have to suggest hairnets to worn while scooping ice cream due to sanitary reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff attend so slow to customer, talking so loud in the shop like pasar malam. We as a customer want to have a good vibes here but all we hear is your stuff conversation, services is not on par with the price paid. I won't come this branch again!

However, I notice the staff don’t have a cap. They just wear hairband maybe it is for good looking. But I think it’s not hygienic. One of the staff’s hair wasn’t tie properly, she was scooping ice cream at the moment. I suggest the staff the staff to wear a cap instead of hairband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service as claimed here. I frequented their Kota Kemuning outlet and I find their ice creams are rather sweet so I always end up choosing sourish flavours. What I like about this Bukit Tinggi outlet is the staffs are friendly and have product knowledge. One of them suggested flavour that would suit my less sweet tastebud which I really appreciated and enjoyed! She even took the time to know what kind of flavours I enjoy having. I’ve been their customer for few years now but this was the first time I felt welcomed and properly entertained by their staffs.

Ordered scoops of butter scotch dark chocolate and salted caramel ice-cream.
Taste of dark chocolate is good, texture of salted caramel is in thick liquid and too sweet.
