★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked here for a few years. The place that I believed to be the best 2d animation studio in Malaysia. Great working environment with a lots of creative , playfully and friendly people. Highly recommended to any fresh graduate that want to further develop their skills and learns from the best that the industries can offer. lots of restaurant, hobby shop, apartments, house to rent, mosque, a few malls and hotel in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you enjoy animating, and want to develop your animating skills and build a good portfolio, I DO NOT recommend working here. I had a passion for animating when I first joined and inspidea killed that passion. They do not teach you everything about animation. Just the basics enough to do the job. Moreover, after years of working I left with nothing to show for my portfolio. No proof that i worked on the shows that i stayed back over night to finish. Some of the supervisors and people there are rude, like to gossip, and backbite. Personally, I don't enjoy that kind of toxic environment. This not the place for you to learn and become a famous professional animator. This is where you become another cog in a machine. I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going for the TEP programme, there are pros and cons to
this opportunity.
Note that:
- It welcomes anyone regardless of background and gives you the
opportunity to be exposed in working in the Animation industry. As
long as you're able to draw well and exposes you to overseas animation
projects assigned by overseas clients. You will get to learn the
basics especially principles of animations, the training to use the 2D
animation software. Even with a 6 months experience, it enhances your
illustrative skills.
BUT:
- If this is your very 1st workplace and 1st time working in your
life, you will be exposed to the basic work environment in a bigger
company of over 100+ employees and departments. If you feel that they
are pressurising and making you feel lonelier/emotional, they are
focusing on the work and not you as a person. When they say that all
animation companies are no less different in terms of working, that
means you are not doing enough research of working in an animation
company. This is real.
- Also, the programme is both a probational and contractor type of work.
The only cons I can give were facts:
1. They don't follow every public holiday. Even if there are 3 public
holidays in each week in a month, they will cancel 1 of the 3. They
will put the replacement of the supposed public holiday further away
in 6 months.
2. As a female worker, I was harassed by one man and almost by another
guy. When I first worked there, one colleague who took advantage of
their automatic email system of friendly introducing new colleagues,
tried to pestered me in person. To the point that after I left, the
man got suddenly very insistent. Couldn't stop messaging me endlessly
to grab my attention and even tried to get my female friends'
attention in social media. My female friends were uncomfortable with
that male worker irritating them, asking me who is that person from
this company. The company should at least put a leash and teach their
guys some proper manners in treating employees professionally.
3. Lastly and more importantly, the most common review complaint of
the company. If you are interested to continue working there after
trying 6 months of the programme, you will not get a fixed salary. As
a full timer, your salary will be measured by your work and effort
calculatively. If you want the experience, bear with the costs
