★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back then, this place was dirty, had bad customer service, no parking. But now, its environment improved a little bit. Got rubbish bin, so pick up your own trash although the seats are almost destroyed now. As for customer service, it was like hell back then. But now have a very friendly and informational guy working there. He handled a Facebook page of this Hentian Bas Ekspress Machang if I'm not mistaken. He also sells, Mutiara, Lienadia and others I think. He will call you if you're late. A very good guy indeed. During early 2018 there was no parking for buses. Now they have it. But there was only little parking space for cars. So i would suggest just drop off and go on your way to avoid trafficking the road. All in all, good service, poor facilities. The buses however are a different matter than the bus station. Don't confuse yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're dropping off here, especially during the wee hours, you would be solicited with a mayriad of local moonlighting as cab driver most are quite nice and please negotiate the price before boarding and ask a few others to get the best price or just order a GRAB taxi here. There's a 7-11 store if you need to grab some snacks before reaching your destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, crowded, dirty, bad and angry service, and lousy price for things that should cost less and do cost less at stores next door. The chairs are disgusting sometimes. Other times they're just dirty or wet from lack of rooftop, not that they don't have it, they just didn't account that rainfall isn't always 90° degrees straight down. A bus almost left me despite them coming 15 minutes early and I've already come 1 hour earlier than scheduled. Bad internet and cell reception so, sometimes I can't call or be called by people back there.
