★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very poor service very very poor and your customer service very hard to connect and not even helpfull I load Money but bocz of limit Faild load so i talk customer than said me waiting 3 day even i send money to country every time show ready for pay out after call customer service than only they paid very trouble very hard to use instapay even ur one thing also not simple and easy need wait 3 4 days than only slove issu come on u run a big company alot customers you should have good line to slove ppl issu even working day also and they lazy to slove issu simply tell wait 3 to 4 days very dispointed and want close account instapay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with their service, I sent a remittance to the Philippines it took very long time to sent until the agent asked to cancel the remittance, i tried to sent again the same day and it still has pending payment status and now I am still waiting for the refund.
And whats worst is that some of their agents doesn’t how to sympathize with customer while i was venting out my frustration she just went silent and never speak to the phone again. Its been stressing me out for 3 days now.
A guy named Kevin assured that he will expedite the process but I couldn’t even get a call back from him for an update.
Its ironic how they call themselves INSTAPAY.
